“After an unfulfilling corporate America management career, I knew I had to step out of my typical left-brained self and start following my dreams. Fitness called to me, as I knew I wanted to help people achieve their goals outside of the workplace. I have since spent several years in the field, enjoying my role as trail guide to many personal journeys towards health and fitness. My thirst for knowledge has helped me acquire a number of certifications, allowing me to continuously discover new methods of helping clients.
My current focus is to help others that have experienced what I, and many of my former clients, have experienced in their relationship with food. I want to help reduce the stress we too often put on ourselves around the subject of eating, and help clients find the joy in food, and the blessings in life.”
