    Opening Session: Preston Auditorium, Monday, May 7, 09:00

    If you have questions about the conference, please contact the conference organizer as indicated below.Please do not contact the World Bank directly.

    Security, Registration, and Conference MaterialsRegistration will begin at 08:00.

    On arrival at the World Bank, please enter through the main entrance of the Main Complex (1818 H Street,NW). There will be a security guard and signage to guide you. As you pass through security, you will bedirected to the ABCDE registration tables (after the metal detectors). Here you will register and pick up your

    World Bank visitors pass (which will grant you access to World Bank buildings until 6pm on May 8), as wellas a conference badge and materials. For non-Bank/IMF staff, visitors passes are mandatory.

    Please note: Session papers will be provided on a USB stick in your conference bag, and they will also beavailable on the ABCDE website (www.worldbank.org/abcde2012) after the conference. Hard copies willnot be provided.

    CateringA light breakfast will be provided on Monday, May 7 and Tuesday, May 8 from 08:00 in the PrestonAuditorium Front Lobby.

    Buffet lunches will be provided on Monday, May 7 at 12:30 and Tuesday, May 8 at 12:15 in the Atrium

    Practical InformationInternet Access: Wifi is available in the Bank. To obtain the password, please visit the registration desk.

    Weather: Spring in Washington is usually warm. Average temperatures range from 56-75F (13-23C).May is the rainiest month in Washington, with an average of 4 inches of rain. For more information, pleaseaccess the following website: www.weather.com.

    Foreign Exchange Facilities: Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union (BFSFCU) is a full service bank andis located in the World Banks Main Complex (Room MC C2 300).
