What an exciting, fast-paced year 2013 has been for The AIM Companies™ and its Members. Several new products

launched—AIM Mag-nificence™, AIM CoCoa LeafGreens™, and AIM fit ’n fiber™ apple-cinnamon, along with formula and taste improvements for AIM Peak Endurance®.

These new products have brought amazing health benefits for many and opened doors to new markets.

At the July 2013 Boise AIM Convention, which lived up to its name as “Simply the Best!”, the executive team gathered to brainstorm ideas that would benefit Members the most in their AIM businesses. The best idea … a faster way to put bonus money in their hands!

Director Celeste Davis from Merrill, Oregon, grow her AIM business and lead others to health

and wellness with AIM products. her straightforward way to better

living is an essential part of her sharing.

“People work on systems,” Celeste said. “My strongest suit is helping people develop a system that they can maintain.”

For herself, Celeste found a system that helped her lose 76 pounds. A primary component was juicing. her healthy lifestyle led her to become a certified health coach, and she began helping others to achieve weight loss and health turnarounds. Through this process, she began to notice the significant drawbacks to juicing.

“People get tremendous results when they juice, but they often don’t stick with it,” Celeste said. “It’s very labor intensive and expensive. The majority of people couldn’t continue juicing.”

So Celeste went looking for an alternative.

AIM Director Mary Arnold, a friend of Celeste’s, told her about AIM products and how AIM whole-food concentrates can replicate the benefits of juicing with less cost, time, and hassle. Celeste and her husband Phil tested the products.

AIM’s Dynamic Duo—AIM BarleyLife® and AIM herbal Fiberblend®—made a dynamic difference in the life of Stephen Distad.

In 1987, at the age of twenty-three, Stephen faced a bright future in the music industry, pursuing a master’s degree in organ church music at Baylor University. Those dreams appeared as if they would be derailed.

Stephen developed a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis, and it cast a cloud on his future in music. Tests at the Mayo Clinic confirmed Stephen’s greatest fear: The severity of his arthritis would be too great to continue with his music studies. These rules govern AIM’s Bonus Business Builder Program (BBB) and will apply as of January 2, 2014.

EnrollmentThis program is open to all AIM Members. A

Member must agree to the terms and conditions of the BBB program by signed agreement either online or by mail in order to participate. New Member signups will be counted retroactive to the month in which AIM receives BBB consent; prior months will not be counted.

This program will run until May 31, 2014, continue or stop at anytime at the discretion of AIM.

Cash Awards and QualificationAIM Members who sponsor two new Members

in one calendar month will receive $150.00 in cash awards in the following month’s commission check, provided each new Member meets the following BBB qualification requirement: Maintain a minimum AMR of 80 BVP for the first three calendar months or purchase 240 BVP at the time of signup.

AIM Members who sponsor three or more new Members in one calendar month will receive $100.00 for each new Member who creates a minimum AMR of 80 BVP or places an order of 240 BVP at the time of signup. There are no limits to the amount of new Members a sponsoring Member can sign up and receive BBB cash awards for sponsoring.

Qualifications for the BBB will run each calendar month along with the normal commission cycle. The cut off time for that month’s BBB qualifications is the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. MT. There will be no carryover from month-to-month in new Member signups as they relate to BBB cash awards.

Cash awards will be paid along with the normal commission cycle for the month in which the new sponsorships take place.

To qualify for cash awards in the BBB, a sponsoring Member must maintain the following purchase requirements in each of three consecutive months, beginning with the initial month of BBB cash award payout:

• Wholesale Members and Preferred Members – 80 BVP in purchases per month

• Group Builder – 100 BVP per month

• Associate Director & above – 150 BVP per month

Sponsoring Members who fail to meet minimum purchase requirements and have been paid BBB cash awards will be subject to collection procedures of said cash awards.

In the case of a newly-sponsored Member failing to complete a three-month AMR commitment, any cash awards paid on that Member will be subject to collection procedures from the sponsoring Member.

RestrictionsAll newly-sponsored Members must be new to

AIM. No previous Members will be considered as new for the purposes of the BBB. Previous Members may rejoin AIM and be eligible to participate as sponsors in the BBB immediately.

All purchases made by newly-sponsored Members must be paid by approved and cleared payment, and shipped to the newly-sponsored Member.

A sponsoring Member who is deemed to have unethically manipulated the system will be restricted from further participation in the BBB. The AIM Companies may verify participation and qualification of each new Member sponsored in this BBB program at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, reviewing orders and signed BBB agreements.

Exchanges and ReturnsAll AIM products purchased by sponsoring

Members or new Members will be subject to product exchanges only. No refunds. In the case of damaged products, exchanges for the same product will be allowed. If a new Member decides they have made a mistake and want to return their products after the month in which they are purchased, the sponsoring Member will be responsible for the refund to this new Member if any BBB cash awards have been paid to the sponsoring Member.

If a new Member decides to return product within the month they are sponsored, AIM will refund the new Member’s product purchase amount, minus any associated AMR early-cancellation fees, if applicable. New Members will be responsible for shipping costs or returning product in saleable condition to The AIM Companies. In the case of a new Member placing an initial purchase of 240 BVP, AIM will refund their money for products returned unopened and in saleable condition, in accordance with AIM guidelines.

AMR ChangesAny new Member who signs up for an AMR that is

tied to the BBB program will have their order shipped immediately. There will not be a second AMR order shipped that month. The new Member will have the option to pick the ship date of the following months’ order, according to AMR guidelines.

AIM was a true godsend for me and my family.

My son was born with many allergies and eczema, and he developed asthma at the age of four. I didn’t know a single thing about nutrition, so I prayed, “Lord, show me what I am doing wrong.” During the next month, he sent me to a new Bible study group, where I was introduced to the AIM products. Very skeptically, I started my son on AIM’s green barley grass powder. After using it for only a couple of weeks, my four-year-old’s asthma started to clear up. I started to read up on health and nutrition and attended a friend’s healthy cooking demonstrations. The year was 1989, and my journey with AIM to better health had started!

This same friend told me about the AIM business opportunity. Being a stay-at-home mom with a struggling marriage, this caught my attention. I told my friend that I want to do this as a business.

The struggles in my marriage propelled me to persevere in becoming financially independent and not give up. Not long after joining AIM, I

went through a divorce. Being a single mom with no financial support from my husband, I found myself going through tough times. With the moral support of friends, family, and upline, and with a monthly AIM check, my son and I got our own little two-bedroom place. I started doing more AIM talks and educated myself in health and nutrition. Before long, I was seeing people in my small townhouse, using my little dining room as an AIM office.

We used the products our-selves, but some months I only had enough income to provide my son with only one product—none for myself. We became living testimonies of the benefits of taking AIM BarleyLife® and other AIM products.

AIM-sponsored speed-skating sensation John Robert Celski is poised for a second opportunity to go for the gold in the Winter Olympics, this time in Sochi, Russia in February 2014.

Following his impressive recovery from a serious leg injury in a skating accident, J.R. managed to contradict those who thought he would never again compete professionally. Not only did he compete, even though he was not in top shape, Celski won two bronze medals at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada. As J.R. explained at the 2013 AIM Convention in Boise, Idaho, “Thanks to AIM, every time I get injured or have some kind of mistake happen, my recovery process is cut in half, just due to the nutrition I’m putting into my body. And I’m very thankful for that.”

Celski and his team members, Eddy Alvarez, Chris Creveling, John-henry Krueger, Jordan Malone and Jeff Simon, to the Olympics in Sochi.
