The Liverpool Confucius Institute
Established in October 2009, Liverpool Confucius Institute is a collaboration between the University of Liverpool, our partner, Xi’an Jiaotong University and Hanban, the Chinese government agency for cultural awareness.
We are proud to be working with the oldest Chinese community in the country and to support the city whose pavilion made such an impact at the 2010 World Expo in its twin city of Shanghai.
Liverpool Confucius Institute offers language training and Chinese cultural activities for a wide range of participants including university staff and students, schools and colleges, business and industry, community organisations and the general public.
