Goals

Improve early learning literacy opportunities for scholars in grades K-3.

Increase scholars usage of various modes of technology to access written material.

Increase teachers’ cultural competency. Ensure all students read on grade level by

end of grade 3, and maintain grade level reading by grade 8 and as seniors.

Utilize a variety of reading genres and materials to increase students’ ability and interest to read.
