We request you to carry the following documents at the time of your joining, as they are mandatory for our records

and are necessary for the completion of joining formalities –

Please carry the original and one copy of the following documents (Mandatory), the original

certificates / documents shall be returned to you post verification: 1) PAN card

2) Date of birth proof:

� 10th standard mark sheet

� Birth Certificate or Driving license or Voters ID Card or Passport

3) Education testimonials:

� 12th standard mark sheet

� Diploma and / or Graduation mark sheet / Certificates

� Post-Graduation mark sheet / Certificates

5) Identity Proof for application of Bank Account

� Passport

� Driving License

� Bank Passbook with Photo + Transactions

� Voters ID card

6) Passport size photographs (Taken on RED BACKGROUND ONLY) 7 - Self only

7) Copy of EXL offer letter

All the documents above are required to be submitted on the day of joining.

Note: NO CAMERA CELL PHONES OR DIGITAL / ANY OTHER RECORDING

DEVICES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN EXL FACILITIES. PLEASE DECLARE AND

SUBMIT THE SAME AT THE ENTRY GATE.
