HAPPY BUCKS: Lou Robinson – Happy to beat the Yankees.Jane Johnson – Headed to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for a week, she can’t wait.David (Smitty) Smith – Happy that he will see the Grand kids this week end.Kerri Wolpert – Happy that Shea won the poster contest for Linden.Erich – Happy to be related to the Smith’s now. His Daughter who got married in FL this past week, and married a Smith. Larry Lauridsen – Happy to be at the meeting.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Erich asked the membership if we knew a former Hamilton Kiwanian, James Degener, Badin Key Club leader

who passed away recently. He received an email from former Badin Key Club members inviting us to a memorial service for James. He didn’t have anyliving family members so these gentlemen arranged the mass for him at Queen of Peace, May 20th. Mr. Degener impacted their lives while they were in Key Club so the wanted to honor him this way. Erich – asked if anyone had seen the Kiwanis International adds on TV? They will be running another week or 2. Bill Schafer – Reminded everyone that the Lindenwald Kiwanis Golf Outing is June 9th at TwinRun Golf Course, 12:00, $100 per golfer which includes lunch and dinner. Get your foursomes andhole sponsors which are $50.00 each. Contact Bill or a committee person with sponsors. Tuesday May 30th - Evening meeting will be at theSilver Tee at Elk Country Club, 4444 Hamilton-Middletown Road, time 5:30pm.Wednesday evening June 5th- Lindenwald will be hosting the 5th Division meeting at the Colligan Lodge.

OUR GUEST SPEAKER: Mike Wolf – introduced our guests from Linden and presented them with the check for $150.00 for winning the Poster contest. All 11 schools who participated will receive a check for $100.00 each.

Chuck Ramage–The Birthday boy (May 3, 1934) that was present, mentioned the May Birthdays, he was the only one present. John McWilliam’s Birthday (May 29, 1928) is this month so Pat calledhim and we sang Happy Birthday. Other members not present for birthdays were Bernie Zimmerman,(May 15, 1958) Tim D’Errico, (May 18, 1962) & Edsel Harrison, (May 29, 1949) Happy Birthday toeach of you.Chuck read some stories which were much better than his Jokes.
