He folks!

And, have you become an EYPer? Doesn‘t matter if had made the test inside the last issue or not. By they Guudddeee Lauuunnnee that was last night, you proofed that you are almost ready to join the enormous EYP family. So last chapter of the exam will be tomorrow and tonight. First party, then with almost no sleep long discussions. Hard task but worth to pass. I cross my fingers for you and I‘m sure you‘ll manage. Hail the coffee and abuse the sugar. And yes, talking about last nights kidnapping of the press: This is something that won‘t be tolerated, as the freedom of the press (what includes physical freedom as well) is ensured by the German constitution and we aren‘t in the separatist France anymore. So please, all my fellow delegates, this is a call for you, to kidnap all the chairs and the Swedish girls, tie them up, and paint them with the permanent marker as much as you want. Or at least do this with Asia, this buddy pig. And please don‘t let the box refer. It is waiting for your post. According to the last issue published yesterday, I‘m sorry about the mistakes in the results of the Delegation questionary. For those of you, who have done it, you may have recognized, that in the summary it wasn‘t possible to reach 12 points. This is not my fault, honestly. The test was made by organiser Se-bastian, and he studies mathematics. So, just a hind from me, first thing about what you study ;)Unfortunately there won‘t be an issue tomorrow, as we don‘t have a sure possibility to copy during the weekend. I‘ll prepare a small issue for Sunday, just to say good bye to your all, in the name of me, the chairs and the lovely lovely lovely organisers. You see, the session is go-ing to end soon, so use your chances, do what you wanted to do and haven‘t done so far. Hug and kiss each other. Time is rar and not worth to be wasted.

With lovely greetings

Icelandic Report(Constitutional by Kristbjörg)

Liitos for the fantastic committee of Constitutional Affairs for surviving the first day of committee work in Bremen. It’s been a hard day but a good one. Many Liitos’s have been shouted and even alele kita bonga sung with great enthusiasm (at leas on the chairs behalf). The story on AFCO began on a beautiful Monday morning in the city of Lille, France. One might say that our journey began in a unusual way, playing the name game with 5 people, but everyone had fun and more importantly learned the names of the other delegates. Games were played like crazy and a team was beginning to emerge. On Tuesday there was a newcomer in the group, the long lost delegation from Romania sho-wed up and brought with it a young girl called Lordi (no it’s not the band it’s just Lordana). Again games were played (it’s amazing how many games a played during teambuilding, do these people have nothing better to do then play games?) such as the Xerox game (has anyone found my mittens, they were used there), sheep and shepherd and other funny and exhilarating activities, joined in by the whole committee with excitement and enthusiasm. That night there was EYP theatre and as for this chair AFCO had the best one I have ever seen. Now we come to committee work… there is nothing much to say about that except for LIITOS!!! AFCO has been working like maniacs and are just about finished with a great resolution that I believe will rock all in GA on Sunday. Now I have to stop this nonsense and give this article to the Editor or he will do nasty things to me in my sleep, I we don’t want that do we? Niezle z ciebie ciastecko… (You’re such a hot cookie!)(Internal I by Asia)

Add a variety to your chistmas cookie tray?1. Prepare 300 kg of fresh and juicy delegates and an overactive chair.2. Put them into a unheated committee room. Spray the room with Liitos first.3. Cream together the help and understanding until fluffy.4. Sift the smilies and ideas into the bowl.5. Stir the dough in the EYP Spirit.6. Add Teambuilding games, on at the time.7. Combine the knowledge of Tobias (DE) and Arnoud (FR) and whip the mixture with the charm of the violent Victoria (FR).8. Drop the dough by teaspoons into the prepared baking sweets.9. Bake the cookies for a few days, until golden.10. Cool slightly and spread the coordination skills of Max (DE) over the cookie.11. Sprinkle it with the passion of Andrea (RO).12. Serve, if desired, with the baguettes and Sauer- kraut.

Smacznego! (Bon appetite…!)

We are all Franco-Germans now…(Internal II by Ferdi)

Discussing about ambitious countries creates ambitious ideas. So the debate was open to va-rious visions of the Franco-German couple in the 21st century: from European hegemony to a new world leadership as successor of the US, from complete abandonment of the axis built between Berlin and Paris to a European Union composed by numerous bi-national couple mo-delled on the special Franco-German relationship – the range of ideas was quite wide and the Franco-German-Romanian Committee discussed them with fervour and an admirable respect of divergent opinions. Especially the presence of the Romanian delegates brought in new, of-ten surprising visions on the “Elysée-Alliance” and contributed to the elaboration a genuinely European resolution. Having calmed the upcoming ambitions of a possible Franco-German world leadership, the committee set off through the hard work of politics: a definition of what a political “coup-le” could be (let’s underline the funny parallels to every day life) enabled them to talk about common and diver-gent interests east and west of the Rhine, Europe’s role in the Transatlantic relations and the role model aspect the couple can have for European cooperation as whole. We’ll see what the other committees will think of their creative ideas to improve EU-wide collaboration, but one sentence applies to both their committee work and their forum as a whole: we’re all Franco-Germans now. At least a little bit…Patalion on environment proposes(Enviroment by Eero)

To be weird. My forces has been totally different to the ones I have had before: It could have been seen from the very beginning. However the real problems arrived when the soldiers serving EYP started to work on the matters of coin. By the way EYP equals to the Exhila-rating Year of Pain. Normally my commandos do justice for their magnificence name; that didn’t happen this time. You see, while passing by the coin from one to one my complaints by nature steal, cheat or at least act in perverse way. This time soldiers were thinking with a organ above beltline. They didn`t lie on each other and roll as a packing. Instead they put the coin on first one’s belly who by standing up dropped the coin on other’s belly. Can wor-king be more rational? The behaviour of my fellow butchers was also exceptional during the second state of training. They didn’t try even to act as S-P-A-R-T-H-I-A-N-S killing the weakest with the swords and axes of rhetoric means. Through swamps of stereotypes they waded and over the summits of stubbornness they climbed. Frustrated, tired and desperate they were still breaking all the aims set up ever giving up – thus far. Their Stuhl is getting bored of this kind of times of peace! The rising sun will probably bring a chance, since one of the fellow fighters vowed to do best at tomorrow. Shall we have then bloody conflicts caused by arguing parties? Can we avoid dropping from the blade’s edge either to the peaceful times of lack of innovativeness or to consuming fighting?

Why energy when there is development?(Development by Haddi)

Anna, Ilinca, Flora, Zoe, Christian, Anna, Ilinca, Flora, Zoe, Christian, Anna, Ilinca, Flora Zoe, Christian…that would be their names. If they would be in competition with (any) other commit-tee that lack of energy wouldn’t be a problem at all. Espe-cially not against ENERGY. Who needs ENERGY when there is Development? This session needs Development, as it is the source and the mechanism of all progress. We started, bravely buy shy, and moved, or rather muted, to an efficiently and hard-working, but not at all agile, com-mittee Sweden, France, Romania and Germany, that is where we come from. Niiiice. Sleepy in the morning, just

so sleeping when it comes to phrasing. Spiritual, intellectual and mental bruise lead to amazin-gly and unpolitical clauses, but however. The Liitos in our development seems to work with its very own energy. SO, dzienkuje, and off.In the land of Committee Work(Energy by Nathalie)

Yesterday morning something extremely bizarre happened. As the committee on Energy wal-ked into the committee room, suddenly we were transported into a strange and distant land. We entered into a world were post-its have supreme power, where flip charts are never enough, and marker pens are worshipped as Gods. The committee thought that this rigid and boring world was definitely not the right place for them! So as their chair sat quietly in a corner (quiet-ly because she had shouted herself stupid), the delegates took charge! Daniel (DE) decided he was going to be the boss of this new and unexplored world, so he started to randomly punch on the hands his fellow delegates. Agathe (FRA)’s hand was reduced to pulp under the violent strikes of the German man. On the other side of the committee room Veronica (SWE) decided the time was right to get closer to her companions in this voyage. After a very close pass the ball game, she happily started jumping on people, with the excuse that a coin (unidentified) had to be taken to the other side, without being touched by hands. No one yet has managed to understand exactly why that had to happen, but Angelica (DE), Valentin (FRA) and Roxandra (RO) didn’t ask any questions. It appeared that they, as well, were waiting just for the opportu-nity to start jumping on each other. Unfortunately in that moment the chair (Nathalie) woke up. Using her chair powers she sent a storm of post-its towards the happy committee, and launched A4 sheets at them! But the delegates were not caught unprepared. Using their marker pens, fact sheets and brilliant minds, they transformed Nathalie’s attack into a beautiful resolution. Post-its were grouped in a logical manner and clauses bloomed under their eyes. Finally, they chanted the mystical ‘Allele ki ta ponga’ song to finish their work off. The magic was comple-te. The resolution was ready. Now they are about to begin a new and exciting adventure: the journey into the seas and deep waters of General Assembly. Have fun Energies! And remem-ber: impossible is nothing!P.s. In the land of committee work there is freedom, but no liberty. There is coffee, but no tea. There are sheets, but no paper. And finally there is all, but not everything.

Let me entertain you(anonymous author)

After a long and exhausting trip from Lille to Bremen and your first day of Committee Work, organisers and chairs thought you should get some kind of a refund. That is why a party, or the „socialising“ as we call it, was prepared. Organisers were brainstorming the whole day how you would be entertained best. Additionaly, they got the hint that there was a „birthday kid“ (Geburtstagskind) having its 30st birthday. Since this person decided to spend its birthday with us, a bunch of young, crazy and some what weird Europeans doing wild games and awesome par-ties, instead of being with its friends and family, some thing special needed to be prepared. The room was dipped in a romantic and warm light, hearts and letterboxes were prepared, a funny game was planned, as well as a surprise. The party started, all the hearts hit the dance floor. Soulfull messages were sent and people got more and more socialised. Pretty soon the big moment had come: Surprise, surprise! A delicious German cake with thirty twinkling candles on it has been carried into the room. Michelle Jester tried to blow them out. She almost succee-ded. But before she could accomplish her mission an alarming sound shocked the youth hostel... The fire alarm! Fortunately, Nils, one of the „Zivis“, immediately called the fire department. Thus he could avoid a deployment of a couple of FD cars. Therefore only two of these nice guys were coming to deliver us from an anyoing peep sound. Then they left a bill and we had cake before we continued the evening with a funny game, an interrogation. It turned out that Mister Chaine and Misses Jes-ter had spent a lots of time together during the last couple days and that they even will go back home together. By the way, Estelle and Scooby got closer as well but obviously there are still some disagreements bet-ween them. Anyway, they are even worse between Tim and Verronica. In fact the last one is a couple without any hope. They disagreed on al-most every question. Maybe Tim and Maximilian will soon pool toge-ther against Verronica? At least it seems as if there is perfect harmony between the chief organiser and Mister President. They agreed on every question and obviously have spent a lots of time together, which they approuved and even want to deepen. All in all, there was quite a bit of entertainment and excitement. You see, EYP gives everything for you!
