rapport which is beneficial for
effective communication and effective
lifting operations.
• Any inclusion or changes to the lifting
team would requires assessment on
knowledge and competency by lifting
engineer before Letter of Appointment
(LOA) is issued
Competency Based Assessment & Written Test are conducted for
Key Lifting Personnel .

SCORE < 50% . Candidate to attend retraining and retest
Score =50-69 : Provisional LOA with Probation
Score : 70 and above ; Issued with Letter of
