maximum number of tickets and passes for such box. The University will also provide the I leadCoach with 16 additional home football tickets. ‘[he University also viIl make best efforts toprovide the I lead Coach with a reasonable number of best availahle seats for any championshipor bowl games in sliich the University football team plays during the Term. It is understoodthat the I lead Coach may use such ticKets and the box For, among other tlt:nes, the purpose ofhosting family, donors and oilier ftiends of the University for business purposes. Head Coachagrees to provide a log for all passes and tickets used for this purpose, and shall not resell suchpasses or tickets.

(I) During the ‘l’emi, the I lead Coach shall receive p’°P reimbursement forall reasonable expenses (including first class airfare when traveling 11w Football Program—relatedbusiness) incurred by the 1 lead Coach in pcrtbrmance of its duties, in accordance w: th theUniversity’s policies applicable to other similarly situated employees as they may be cstablshcdor modi lied.

3.04 Fxc!usvity of Services:

(a) The I lead Coach agrees that during the Term of this Agreement. he ‘vi IInot enLta;e in any outsGe activities, including but not limited to, television, radio, ntemet, shoeand/or a2parc I sponsorshi ps. consu It ng, promotion, itpnearances. endorsements and char tablefundrais:ng. except for those actvties on behalf of the Univcrsty as described above, unlesssuch activites are expressly approved n writing, and in advance by the Athletic Director, whichapproval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
