Letter to the Editor; First Responder DinnerDear Editor,
I would like to give a huge thank you to every-
one involved in the February 7 First Responders
Appreciation Dinner.
This was a wonderful dinner made possible by
the hard work of so many. A great meal was provid-
ed along with wonderful gifts that were donated and
very heartwarming stories shared of the impact First
Responders make in the lives of our citizens.
I was blessed to be in the company of the best
Law Enforcement, Fire and Rescue personnel,
Emergency Medical Officers, Office of Emergency
Services and Communications Officers. To be a
sheriff with these type of men and women serving is
a true honor for me.
To serve with community partners that worked
so hard to put this together for us is a true blessing.
There were so many that give of themselves to
make this night possible and I’m afraid I’ll leave
someone out.
To Arkadelphia Lions Club, Patterson Credit
Union, Chicken Express and everyone that donated
gifts THANK YOU SO MUCH, for your hard work,
time away from your families and everything you do
for us. We appreciate you and it’s a true honor and
blessing to be your Sheriff! THANK YOU!
Jason Watson
Clark County Sheriff
