Dodge Street Iowa City, IA 52445 Referral Letter for Jennifer Fischer February 1, 2016 Dear Sir or Madam: It is my pleasure to write this professional letter of recommendation for Jennifer Fischer. I worked with Jennifer for approximately 18 months where she worked in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager. In her role, Jennifer performed a wide variety of duties but I will focus on just a few. Jennifer coordinated the writing, review and approval of some very large requirement documents among a very large team. Jennifer also tracked and managed our risks for the same very large program. Both of these activities required significant attention to detail over a long period of time and required Jennifer to really dig in and ask questions when things were not making sense. Jennifer did this very well. On another front, Jennifer volunteered to help her colleagues during a particularly trying schedule. Jennifer took a portion of the work, figured out what she had to do and completely owned that work until it was done, working nights, weekends and even holidays. Ultimately, the product was delivered on time. On a personal level, Jennifer is a well-disciplined, professional, industrious individual with a pleasant personality and sense of humor. Her previous management experience and interpersonal skills have been apparent. Jennifer has a high emotional intelligence and she used that in her daily interactions with the team. She quickly familiarized herself with the business and became a go to person on the team when needed someone to pinch hit. Jennifer is the ultimate team player. Sincerely, Jeri Frank

Dear Sir or Madam:

It is my pleasure to write this professional letter of recommendation for Jennifer Fischer. I worked with

Jennifer for approximately 18 months where she worked in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager. In her role, Jennifer performed a wide variety of duties but I will focus on just a few. Jennifer coordinated the writing, review and approval of some very large requirement documents among a very large team. Jennifer

also tracked and managed our risks for the same very large program. Both of these activities required significant attention to detail over a long period of time and required Jennifer to really dig in and ask questions when things were not making sense. Jennifer did this very well. On another front, Jennifer volunteered to help

her colleagues during a particularly trying schedule.

Her previous management experience and interpersonal skills have been

apparent. Jennifer has a high emotional intelligence and she used that in her daily interactions with the team. She quickly familiarized herself with the business and became a go to person on the team when needed someone to pinch hit. Jennifer is the ultimate team player.

Sincerely,

Jeri Frank
