Jennifer L. Fischer has over 18 years of experience in various aspects of retail
supporting Walmart Stores, Inc., both in the corporate office and out in the sup-
plier community. She began at Walmart as a cashier in store #0100 and worked
her way up to a Replenishment Analyst in the Corporate Office. After Walmart,
she worked at Alcoa as Senior Replenishment Analyst , Vijon Inc. as Senior Re-
plenishment Analyst and later as a Junior Sales Analyst and currently at Chant
USA as the sole Business Analyst for their largest accounts.
She is currently an a Business Analyst for the Chant Group out of China in the
BBQ Grill and Outdoor Heating Category for Walmart Stores, Walmart.com, Low-
e’s, Lowe’s Canada, and Sears accounts.

Streamlined ordering patterns to a full truckload ordering pattern from a less than truckload pattern, saving Al-coa $150,000+ a month of transportation costs; not to mention the savings from fewer invoices to process, maintain, and manage though out the ordering process.

Converted all Non-Comanaged suppliers in Dept 82 onto 2tier with 0 errors. Initiated a replenishment program for Dept 60 and increased the in-stock level from 0% to over 98% within 3
months. Converted gift cards over from manual order standard supplies into a systematic replenishable sku and initiated
a replenishment program and maintained at least a 95% instock level during a shortage and a high demand seasonal time frame.
Initiated a replenishment program to allow postage stamps to be replenishable in all stores across the US. Consistently kept Dept 82 at a 98.9%+ in-stock level while launching Dept 60, Gift Cards, and Postage Stamps
programs. The daily replenishment of a $44 million in sales per week department. The creation and maintenance of all seasonal profiles within the department. The creation and/or maintenance of all CPFR-DPF policies submitted. Replenishment channel analysis for all new items and annual analysis for all items. Maintain optimal inventory levels of 42 Distribution Centers as well as 3,000+ stores.

Supply Chain Key Points of Interest (KPI)
The first section of the Supply Chain Key Points of Interest report is your basic item information. There are
hidden fields that you can expand to show you the Master Pack (Vndr Pk), Vendor Order Minimum (Vin Min),
Vendor Pool# (Pool#), the Walmart Buyer id, Department and Fineline, the previous 4 weeks of the items’
seasonal index with the average, and the next 4 weeks of your seasonal index and the average.
The second section of the Supply Chain Key Points of Interest report shows you by item, the last 4 weeks
MABD and Fill Rate, the number of DCs that are out of stock week to date and current out of stocks, the
items’ DC service level for the last 4 weeks and for the current week, the inventory levels at the Walmart DCs
with the DC Pulls Days of Supply and POS Days of Supply, the on order inventory qty for the Walmart DCs
with the Days of Supply, and the total inventory level (if all on orders were received) and the Days of Supply.
There are also hidden fields that break out all of these fields by DC to assist with any drill down research that
may need to occur. Other fields that are hidden include Daily DC Outs, last 4 weeks and current levels of DC
pulls, DC outs, and total DC Demand.
This report helps a Supply Chain Analyst view all of their items and their status within the entire Walmart
Supply Chain. It is also useful to bring a hard copy to any buyer’s or Replenishment Manager meetings at
Walmart.
This report is ran daily and once set up, only requires minor maintenance. Every field in this report updates
automatically from the data tabs except for the Comments at the end of the report.

Supply Chain Key Points of Interest (KPI)
The third section of the Supply Chain Key Points of Interest report shows you by item, the last 4 weeks aver-
age Replenishment Instock percent, current Replenishment Instocks percent, current Out of Stock Store
Counts, Traited Store Count, Valid Store Count, POS Store Count, Total Store Level Inventory, Weeks of Sup-
ply based on the Forecast and POS, and the store level on order qtys with the weeks of supply based on the
forecast and POS.
There are hidden fields in this section that will break out the Total Store Level Inventory by On Hand, In
Transit, and In Warehouse.
The fourth section of the Supply Chain Key Points of Interest report shows you by item, the last 4 weeks aver-
age Forecast, the last 4 weeks average POS, the Forecast Variance, the 52 week Forecast, Units per Store per
Week (USPW), and any comments that you care to add to this report for future reference.
There are hidden fields in this section that have the current week’s forecast, the current week’s POS, the cur-
rent week’s forecasted POS (based on the day of the week and the daily percents), the current week’s fore-
casted variance, and the next PO that has that item on it with the MABD, line number, order qty, and qty re-
ceived (if applicable).

Historical Item Level Tracking Report
The Historical Tracker report shows a 52 week overview of an item with its current item set up in the
Walmart’s Item File.
This report is very useful when you are researching individual item troubleshooting. You are able to see
when the store counts change, when the inventory fluctuated, when the average price changes, and any
order spikes all within the same report.

DC Idle Inventory Report (>90 Days, 60-90 Days, & 30-60 Days)
The DC Idle report helps tracks inventory by DC slots in the Walmart Warehouses that haven’t been rotated
in a timely manner. This report is currently broken up in 30, 60, and 90+ increments and can be adjusted to
suit your needs.

Forecast Type Status Report
The Forecast Type Status Report shows the store count by forecast type. This helps identify any item that
may have been removed from the modular and has begun the End of Season process and the buyer and/or
modular planner has forgotten to notify the supplier. It also helps verify the store counts for new or ex-
panding items for a modular set.

SS Manual Orders vs. Total Net Ships Report
The SS (Store Specific) Manual Orders vs. Total Net Ships report graphs out the Net Ships (systematic order
shipments), POS Qty, and Store Manual Orders. This helps you see if stores are manually pulling inventory
from the DCs and determine how to correct any issues discovered.

The Event Tracking form is a Walmart designed report to help track features and Replenishment strategic
settings such as Promotional Base Index policies.

Daily Order Review Report
The Daily Order Review report identifies orders that may have a Lead Time that is too narrow for delivery
and the adjusted Lead Times once the MABD has been updated.

PO Routing Status Report
The PO Routing Status report pulls the carrier information that is available currently in the Walmart Trans-
portation system. It also Carrier specific MABD Compliance to help monitor carrier performance. If pre-
paid, this information is reported back to Walmart Transportation to make sure that the offending carriers
are not routed to your facilities.

Supplier Matrix Report
The Supplier Matrix Report actually takes the Walmart’s Supplier Matrix and retains it historically to make
comparisons against the current week to monitor if the key points are improving. The various time frames
that can be viewed the same as the Supplier Scorecard; Last Week, Last 4 Weeks, Last 13 weeks, and Last
52 Weeks.

The RFID Life Cycle report takes all of the data from the RFID chip scans and puts it into a simplified format
to better understand the flow of the product. There are two different reports. The first one allows you to
view the scan rates by item and style number and the second report allows you to view the last scan loca-
tion by RFID tag number.
