FlexibleFloor MarkersThe 0.3 mm thick fl oor markers are great for uneven surfaces. The material is very fl exible and can withstand normal work area traffi c, including trolleys and pallets being pushed into position across the fl oor.

The marker lifetime is signifi cantly longer than typical tapes, and the markers are much easier to apply in comparison with other materials. No cutting required!

Making a straight line has never been simpler, as the tape is naturally twist resistant. The tapes are available in a variety of colors to match specif-ic visual management requirements.

Getoolbox Bicolor Floor Marking Tape The GE toolbox tapes are also available in a striped colors. Made of the same high quality 0.3 mm materials as the Getoolbox fl oor marking tape, this tape is made for identifying special areas like walkways or segregated pathways. Multi-ple color combinations are available.

Heijunka and FIFO boardsDespite various software solutions to keep the right production sequence, deviations from FIFO and production plans are still hard to avoid. An un-controlled production sequence leads to over-production, defects, obsolete parts, and late deliveries. Fortunately, there are solutions to these problems! We have combined the best methods of the last decades and created our new visual Heijunka and FIFO boards - easy to understand and implement, they ensure that the right materials are pulled form the warehouse and the right parts are produced at the right time.

Currently, we are running tests in sev-eral factories to ensure the best qual-ity and functionality of these prod-ucts. As soon the tests are fi nished, the solutions will become available to customers.
