Teacher pronounces each animals name with correct pronunciation and the students follow after the teacher. Presentation

1. Teacher distributes Worksheet 1 for the students to fill in.2. Teacher asks the students the characteristics of the animals shown on the screen.3. Students are given opportunity to answer / speak aloud whatever answer they know.4. Teacher writes down students answer on the white board.5. While the discussion happens, the students fill in the columns on the Worksheet 1 with the answers that teacher has written on the board. Characteristic of every animal shown. Skills :- Drilling- Listening & Speaking- Writing-To test their existing knowledge about the characteristics of the animals-In the same time teacher optimizes the opportunity for the student to speak.

Practice

1. Teacher shows the song video (in the minus one version) on the screen.2. Teacher will sing the song first and the students may need to listen carefully to the right rhythm, stress and intonation of every word.3. After the teacher finishes, the students are then asked to sing along with the teacher.4. Sing another time to with action (clapping and few movements)5. Teacher asks what they understand about the song; based on the lyrics.

- The listening and speaking skills are greatly improved.

- Action while singing is to help them sustain their attention and make the learning more fun and enjoyable.

-Teacher asks what animal they can see and what the actions are.

Production

1. Teacher then distributes Worksheet 2.2. Teacher gives instruction in which they need to discuss together, how they can change some of the words from the lyrics to produce a new song.3. The students can adapt the lyrics based on the characteristics of the animals they listed down on Worksheet 1, earlier.4. After they are finished discussing the answers, they will sing back again with the new lyrics produced by the students.Example of adapted lyrics:

1. Teacher asks few questions about the animals that they have learned today.2. Teacher asks the students to paste their Worksheet on the exercise book
