Sheet Tabs A workbook can contain as many worksheets as the computers

memory will allow. A sheet tab is used to identify each worksheet in

the workbook. The tab of the active sheet appears to be joined to the

    worksheet displayed in the window.

By default, a new workbook file starts with 3 sheets tabs, and you

can increase or decrease the number of sheets in a workbook. When

a workbook contains more than six worksheets, not all of these tabscan be displayed on the bar, so the Tab scrolling buttons are used to

display these sheet tabs. To select another worksheet, click the

appropriate sheet tab. If necessary, use the Tab scrolling buttons to

display the sheet tab before clicking it.
