GROUP FITNESS• Open to all students and members who purchase a semester
group fitness or drop-in pass

NUTRITION SERVICES• Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant
(LWMC) -or- Registered Dietician (RD)
• Sessions include general guidelines about:o Nutrient needs o Healthy food and beverage choices o Nutrition for physical activityo Detailed Meal Planning
• These services will help students to understand: o Essential nutrition and balance o Weight maintenanceo Disease prevention and managemento Disordered eating behavior
