1. Providing quality and engineering support to operations for implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality control and assurance functions by assuring that customer defects do not re-occur.
2. Enhancing customer relations by being available and quick response to enquiries at all times.
3. Conduct regular Internal Process Audits and assume full responsibility for the quality of assigned production areas.
4. Ensuring that PPAP steps and requirements are met at all time of various projects assigned
