id&ConceptCompany has a long-term experience, of over 35 years, on concept development for a wide range of high quality projects. At the moment we are introducing and developing projects for the Leisure and Event Industry in Russia in the cities of Perm and Yekaterinburg.

dutch international architects have been designing, for over 40 years, in countries around the world. Our speciality is leisure projects. At the moment we are designing and translating multiple leisure projects in Europe to local requirements.

Grontmij is a international independent multidisciplinair engineering company with locations in several countries. With consultants who know the marketconditions we are able to make leisure projects which stand out from the crowd.

vd Brand Consultancy specializes in themapark, attractions, rides and entertainment. With over 30 years experience in managing these project.

Frits (1947) founder and owner of DIA has designed and managed leisure projects around the world. Themeparks and attractions in Europe such as De Efteling and Dolfinarium Hard-erwijk are his specialty. He is currently designing a major bungalowpark in Germany. Frits is also active at multiple governmental levels, such as chairman of the Confederation of dutch architects midden - Brabant.

Ralph (1980) graduated as an architect on a shopping concept in 2004 at Faculty of architecture, technical university of delft after which he specialised in complex leisure designprocesses. Before starting as a partner at DIA in 2007 he worked for Amsterdam Air-port schiphol.

Sven (1963) worked since his student days in New York and Maine including the travel and hotel business and projects including Philips, Bata Shoes in Singapore and south-east Asia. In 1991 Sven became CEO of Company and later of the All Party Group Events what with all its different disciplines has become a familiar name in dutch event the world. sven is also active at the government level as secretary of the Brabant Tourist Office and at various functions within the Tourist Entrepreneurs Platform Brabant.

Mignonne graduated in 1979 as a neuropsychologist. During and after her studies she has always been employed in the hospitality, travel and tourism industry. In 1989 she became director of mondirama europe Bv, that imported furniture and decorative items from indonesia, india and China and specializes in interior design and themed for projects, such as the safari restaurant Beekse Bergen, Animal Kingdom Europe, Sportiom Den Bosch. Later Mondirama affiliated to All Events Group and from 1999 Mignonne is

For over 25 years DIA has been involved in projects for family themepark de Efteling in The Netherlands.Among the projects where de design and realisation of a personel restaurant, workshops, and offices. Renovation of restaurant facade, lay-out and routing. The design of a indoor tropical island was one of many not realised attraction. The specifc knowledge of queing, routing and layout is DIA input, which is crucial to the feasability in plans and projects as suchs.

DIA was asked by the CEO and owner of the Dolfinarium in The Nether-lands to develop a new attraction every two years. Next to being a family and entertainment sea animal park, a high level of eductional value was asked for. Eventually DIA ended up redesigning the entire park and adding some major attractions. The biggest being a artificial salt lake of 4 acres with an underwater restaurant. From concept to engineering and project-management was organized by DIA. The theme is build up around the native indians of West- Canada who live in complete harmony with their surroundings and have great respect for all life and especcially sealife.

Since October 2006 ID&ConceptCompany is working on a very inter-esting project in perm. The concept, the interior construction, the organisation,the decoration, the implementation , etc of a multifunctional Business-Event centre from bare building to complete functional exploita-tion. It will be in operation from the end of June 2008. The concept for this centre is new for the entire Russian market.

ID&C also started a new project in Yekaterinburg. The order is to rede-velop an existing Entertainment centre of 14.000 m2 into a total new con-cept based on new markets. This means a re-design of the entire building, create shows, interiors, train all the staff, select the new talent, redevelop F&B systems and create three new club concepts. This centre is scheduled to open in autumn 2009.

Nautical Theme Park Cape Holland in Den Helder The VOC Ship Prince William was restored, and hosted a fascinating exhibi-tion about the life on board of these ships in the 17th century. A play, a storm simulator, a museum, stores, bars and restaurants were parts of this concept. ID & C was involved in all facets: Finance, organizational structures, Sales and Marketing, Infrastructure, Entertainment, Decorations, Training for staff and personnel, etc.

Van Gogh Plaza, Brabanthallen Den Bosch These multifunctional halls and Exhibition Complex consists of 7 halls with a to-tal of 35,000 m². National and international fairs, exhibitions, music events, etc have place here. The 600-seat restaurant, the Food Concept, routing, logistics, interior design, lighting, emergency plan, organization, and training by ID & C.

Floriade International Horticulture Fair in Venlo The Floriade is held every 10 years. The next Floriade 2012 Venlo will take place and will probably host about 2 million visitors.Het central theme is, the Green Experience. ID & C is their consultant in the image and identity process.
