Shiozaki is an Production

Engineer with an MBA

degree in Welding

Engineering. His TPS/Lean

experience comes from 27

years of work with Toyota

worldwide. In Toyota Brazil

where he started, he took

leading roles working in

Process Engineering, Plant

Maintenance, Quality

Control, Production

Engineering, Purchasing,

Plant Production Control &

Logistics, Customer Quality

Assurance, Project

Management, Plant

Administration, Human

Resources and Plant Utility

& Facilities. He also had

intensive leadership and

technical training in Toyota

Motor Corporation Japan.

Shiozaki has led technology

transfer projects in Toyota

Argentina, Venezuela,

Indonesia, Europe, Thailand,

Canada and USA. He has

numerous articles published

within Toyota and he has

also developed training

curriculum based on the

Toyota Way in the following

topics: Human Resources,

Hoshin Kanri, Standardized

Work, Kaizen circle, Cost,

and many others.

CEVDET

OZDOGAN

Cevdet Özdoğan was worked

in almost all disciplines from

product development to

order fulfillment at different

culture and working

environments and gained

deep expertise and

understanding in Toyota

Production System

knowledge and

applications.After 27 years of

experience, he became a Lean

Sensei at Lean Institute

Turkey; from 2009 to now.

Lean management, Lean

production, TPM and Product

Development, Strategic

Planning and Hoshin Kanri,

target costing and cost

management are his core

competences. Currently he is

a member of the Board and

Vice President responsible for

Lean Transformation,

working close to various

nations and cultures such as

British, American, Japanese

and Italian. Cevdet Özdoğan

is graduated from İstanbul

Technical University,

Mechanical Engineering, and

İstanbul University, Business

Administration. He was

started his working life at

Chrysler Kamyon İmalatçıları

A.Ş., then he worked for

Toyota, Ford Otosan, Uzel

Makina, Otoyol and

Karsan.He interest with

travelling, especially by driving

and reading books mainly

about history, business and

management.

CHAO LEE

Mr. Lee served at Kuozui

Motors, LTD. a affiliate of

Toyota Motor company

since 1988. His career of

Kuozui started from Human

Resource then

Manufacturing department.

And also since 1998, he

devoted to coaching TPS to

suppliers. In the meantime,

he participated in the

project of assisting bicycle

industry and machinery tool

industry to implementing

TPS. By practicing, learning

and coaching TPS, he

successfully gains the know-

how of how to

implementing TPS efficiently

for non-Toyota group’s

manufacturers.Last, but not

least, in order to accelerate

the speed of TPS spread, he

organized and translated

nearly 30 important TPS

monographs from English

and Japanese to Chinese.

to contribute with my skills,

knowledge and expertise to

the society and like-minded

friends, to continuously

promote TPS as my life

mission."
