Pricing
All prices are based on a minimum unit volume of 1kg (excluding Absolutes). For orders greater than 5 kg prices are available on application. All prices are GST excluded. Please note all prices may fluctuate and all prcies will be confirmed on placement of order.
TERMS & CONDITIONS1 Minium order value: AUD $250.
Orders less than the minimum order value shall incur a $25.00 GST excl freight charge.
2 Payment:
Unless prior credit arrangements have been made all orders shall be subject to payment prior to order dispatch. If you have a credit agreement in place, payment will be accepted within and until 30 days from date of invoice. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Cheque, Money order or direct deposit to the account listed below:

If prior arrangements have not been made, administration charges of 5% will be applied to ALL invoices falling in the 60-90 day bracket. Subsequent orders will be retained within our warehouse until outstanding payments have been made.
3 An order cannot be cancelled unless upon terms that compensate Phytoverse Pty Limited for any materials procured or costs incurred in the fulfillment of such order up to and including the date of cancellation.
4 All goods remain the property of Phytoverse until paid in full.
5 Unless notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods by the purchaser, the vendor shall accept no responsibility for defective packaging, spillage, breakages or any used products.
6 The vendor shall accept no liability for product complaints or losses that occur as a result of further processing of the goods except in accordance with the vendors instructions in writing.
7 Whilst the vendor shall endeavor to supply the exact quantity specified, an order shall be considered fulfilled by delivery of the quantity specified plus or minus 10% and will be invoiced accordingly.
DELIVERY1 Prices include free delivery within Australia for
orders over $250.00 GST excl.
2 Unless otherwise stated all goods shall be freighted using Phytoverse’s appointed freight agent and invoiced with the goods. Phytoverse will take no responsibility for any problems arising due to freight delays.
3 Allow 5 working days for delivery to capital cities and major regional centres on the eastern seaboard. For deliveries to Western Australia allow a minimum of 5 days.
4 Orders subject to availability.
NOTES1 Due to seasonal variation essential oils may vary
in chemical composition, colour and odour from season to season. Difference in the origin and purity of botanical material, distillation apparatus and storage conditions can also have a significant affect on quality. To minimize these variations many oils are subject to standards set by government authorities or the supplier. Where such standards do exist, Phytoverse will supply oils to our customer’s specifications.
2 Whilst most essential oils are supplied as single distilled, some oils are subject to further processing to remove impurities or standardize their composition for specific applications. This can entail a variety of processes ranging from filtering and blending to re-distillation, fractionation, reconstitution and bleaching.
