Practical scenarios relevant to your organisation are used so that the participants can extract full value by experiencing how a safety culture toolkit can be implemented.
L e a d e r s h i p a n d C u l t u r eCertificate IV Work Health and Safety
The Certificate IV Work Health and Safety Program Safety Culture Program develops the skills of safety professionals and non-safety professionals to understand, change, and sustain improvements to your culture of safety.
The program can be tailored to meet your specific needs as well as integrating your safety and risk management policies and procedures as well as your strategic and operational plans.
Participants are supported by experienced facilitators who have had many years of hands on experience.
We use straightforward safety culture and performance frameworks that work on an individual, team, and organisational level. We tie this to development of broader leadership skills to create a high-performing team.
Programs typically run over 10 workshop days for up to 12 people. They are delivered in partnership with our RTO partner, Pegasus, RTO no. 91028.
