• 246 FLLs currently in the program (133 enrolled in 2013, 132 in 2014, 19 exits)

• Launched OPEX LAB in H1 2014

• Redesigned People and Team management LAB and OPEX LAB in H2 2014

• 50 FLL COMPLETED all Labs

• 54 MENTORS engaged in 2014, 40 in 2013

• 45 FACILITATORS in 2014, 32 in 2013
