Carpet, Floor Care & Upholstery Cleaning Our truck mounted state of the art steam‐powered system delivers 1200PSI of water and cleaning solu‐tion to clean your carpets, area rugs and upholstered furniture. With water temperatures reaching 170° and superior suction capacity, your carpets are left clean and will be dry within a few hours. Why should you have  your upholstery cleaned professionally? Upholstery takes a real beating—absorbing dirt, bacteria, body oils and other debris  including the normal wear and tear day after day. The care of your furniture is just as important as the care you show your carpets.     

Tile & Grout Tile and grout cleaning is a daunting chore. Grime and mildew accumulate very quickly in humid and high traffic areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. With one attachment switch, we can clean your tile and grout with our steam powered system. 

 

Air‐Duct / Central Air Cleaning Dust, dirt, mold, pet hair and other allergens can build up in your home or office duct work. L.C.S. offers a state‐of‐the‐art service using a Rotobrush system to clean these ducts. The contaminants are re‐moved by a rotating brush and HEPA‐filtered suction process which traps and contains the debris. A video system is sent into the duct work allowing you to see inside the ducts both before and after the cleaning. No guess work wondering whether your ducts are truly clean!  

Project Work / Porter Support Project work is another service we offer for tasks such as stripping and waxing floors, cleaning win‐dows or carpeting and flood remediation. We also perform light maintenance work such as changing bulbs, painting and patching walls, even assembly or moving of furniture. Our staff is here when you need a little “extra”. L.C.S. also offers porter support for when staff calls out at the last minute. Our porters are on call so you can be assured your work schedule will stay on track.
