This file supports that the search warrants used in the Neighbors case were fraudulent and Carrie Neighbors was unjustly convicted. The Neighbors claim the search warrants appear to be signed by different people. This case was obviously a Federal Investigation because it involved selling on the internet using ebay. The support affidavit states that items similar to those sold at target had been advertised on Neighbors ebay site.Two Federal Agencies the Postal Service, and the IRS, were involved in the original searched, so the Neighbors case was unequivocally a Federal Case from the beginning. Sources say the police officer's investigating the Neighbors Business went to a Federal Judge to get the warrant and were turned down for lack of evidence. So the officers were between a rock and a rock because no State Judge would sign off on a Federal Search warrant for a Federal Investigation led by Federal agents, because a State Judge has Absolutely NO JURISDICTION to issue a warrant in a Federal Case. A Federal investigation the search warrants absolutely have to be signed by a Federal Judge. Included in the documentation is the email from Mr. Six, and he was send via email the documents in question and he responded that he in fact had signed all of the document that were presented to him in Neighbors email.... which means the Federal Court Did NOT have Jurisdiction because the warrants were fraudulent! Fraudulent search warrant means fraudulent case. This is the vindictive malice intentional misconduct that was the cause of Carrie Neighbors Unlawful conviction and 10 yrs. of hardship for the Neighbors family friends and Foster Kids.We have much more misconduct to bring forth.Thank you for reading our documents, please share them on your face book.
