    Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Pblic

    !rie"ances, #a$ and %stice in its &'th Report1 $hile considering

    the Spreme Cort (Nmber o) %dges* +mendment Bill, &',

    the Department o) %stice reested the #a$ Commission o) 

    ndia& to consider the isse o) treating the Corporates separately

    in the matter o) payment o) cort-)ee so that higher cort-)ee

    may be demanded )rom the corporate sector on ad "alorem

    basis.

    the claim a)ter in)lation. /hat means, those cases in"ol"ing

    high sta4es $ill attract higher cort-)ees as a conseence o) ad
