Entry criteria: 5 GCSEs at grade C or better. One of these should be a grade B in English.

Law is a traditional, academic A level subject which is well recognised and highly regarded by both employers and universities alike.

In general, AS law will allow you to develop a clearer understanding of your rights in society and will make you aware of the court system within the UK.

There will be an organised visit to the Courts so you can see them at work!

A2 law will improve your understanding of various crimes with reference to real-life cases.

The course is made up of TWO units at AS and TWO further units at A2.

All units are EXTERNALLY assessed by an examination.

There is no coursework.
