M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. aconseja que la limpieza de los grifos sea realizada con un paño húmedo, aún cuando los acabados son sumamente duraderos, la limpieza con productos abrasivos y/o corrosivos produce graves daños en los mismos.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. garantiza todos sus productos contra cualquier defecto de fabricación.Esta garantía está limitada a cinco años para cualquier defecto mecánico de fabricación y para los defectos de fabricación en los acabados cromo, cromo satinado, blanco, oro, níquel satinado y forja. Para el resto de los acabados la garantía contra cualquier defecto de fabricación está limitada a dos años. Cartuchos termostáticos, dos años de garantía.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. aconseja conservar este folleto para solicitar posibles repuestos. Asimismo, aconseja anotar los códigos que aparecen en la etiqueta de la caja para posibles reclamaciones.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. quedará exonerada de la garantía si el material defectuoso es manipulado o reparado por terceros sin su consentimiento. La garantía no comprende las piezas que se deterioren por el uso normal, el transporte del material para su reparación en los almacenes de M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. ni el transporte de las nuevas piezas que hayan de ser enviadas al coprador para sustituir al material defectuso. Las nuevas piezas tendrán asimismo una garantía de un año en las condiciones anteriormente expresadas.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. se compromete al envío de cualquier repuesto que precise para el correcto funcionamiento de su grifería, estos repuestos pueden ser solicitados a su establecimiento habitual o directamente a M.Z. DEL RÍO.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. recommends cleaning the taps with a damp cloth; even though the finishes are extremely long-lasting, cleaning with abrasive and/or corrosive products produces serious damage to them.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defect. This guarantee is limited to five years for any mechanical manufacturing defect and for manufacturing defects in chrome, white, pvd gold, satin nickel, satin chrome, old brass, antique dark brass, satin chrome. For the rest of the finishes, the guarantee against any manufacturing defect is limited to two years. Thermostatic cartridges, two years guarantee.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. recommends keeping this brochure as a future reference for replacement parts. Also, please make a record of the information on the box label to assist in possible reclamations.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. shall be exempted from the guarantee if the faulty material is manipulated or repaired by third parties without its consent. The guarantee does not include deteriorated parts due to notmal use, the transportation of the material for repair at M.Z. DEL RIO, S.A. warehouses nor the transportation of the new parts that have to be sent to the purchaser to replace the faulty material. The new parts shall also have a one-year guarantee under the conditions expressed above.

M.Z. DEL RÍO, S.A. undertakes to send any spare part required for the correct operation of its taps. These spare parts can be requested from your normal establishment or directly from M.Z. DEL RÍO.

Antes de proceder a la instalación de su grifo, asegúrese que en los interiores de los tubos no existen restos de materiales que puedan dañar los cierres cerámicos de los grifos, le aconsejamos que deje circular el agua durante 1 o 2 minutos, con el fin de eliminar los posibles restos, antes de proceder a montar su grifo.

M.Z. DEL RIO, S.A. aconseja la instalación y reparación de su grifería por un fontanero profesional y en todo caso realizar el montaje según las indicaciones establecidas en estas normas de instalación.

1) Rosque las conexiones flexibles (11) al monomando. Roscar igualmente el tornillo (10).

2) Coloque la junta tórica (12) en el alojamiento del cuerpo monomando introduciéndola a través de las conexiones flexibles y el tornillo previamente roscados.

3) Introduzca las conexiones flexibles a través del agujero de su lavabo, ajustando el grifo y la junta tórica (12) al lavabo.

4) Sujetando el monomando, monte el conjunto de sujección por la parte inferior de su lavabo. Introduzca a través del tornillo (10) la arendela (13) y la herradura (14). Por último, rosque la tuerca (15) al tornillo (10).

EN MODELOS CON DESAGÜE AUTOMÁTICO

5) Introduzca la junta (20.1) en la caña de la válvula automática (19) e introduzca la misma en el círculo del lavabo.

6) Por la parte inferior de su lavabo, sujete la válvula (19) colocando la junta plana (20.2) y roscando la parte baja del desagüe (20.3).

7) Introduzca la varilla (9) por el agujero del monomando y sujétela por debajo del lavabo a la varilla de hierro (21). Atravesar por “A” y apretar el tornillo para que quede fija.

8) Introducir la varilla horizontal de la válvula lavabo (20B) primero por un agujero de la grapa (22), luego por un agujero de la varilla (21C) (Elegir el agujero “C“ de la varilla (21) adecuado para que al t irar de la vari l la (9) haga correctamente su función de abrir y cerrar el tapón), y por último por el segundo agujero de la grapa. Presionar la grapa para cerrarla y evitar que se salga.

Before proceeding to install your tap, make sure that there are no remains of materials on the inside of the tubes, which might damage the ceramic seals of the taps. We advise you to let the water run fon 1 0r 2 minutes, in order to eliminate possible remains, before proceeding to install your tap.

M.Z. DEL RIO, S.A. advises your taps to be installed or repaired by a professional plumber and in any case to carry out the installation according to the directions established in the installation instructions.

1) Screw the flexible connections (11) to the faucet. Thread also the screw (10) to the faucet.

2) Place the o-ring of the fastening set (12) in the acommodation of the tap-body.

3) Insert the flexible connections and screw, previously screwed to the faucet, through the hole of your bathroom fixture. Fix properly the tap and the o-ring.

4) Secure firmly the tap, assembling the fastening set on the lower part of your fixture. Inser the ring-gasket (13) and the horsehoe (14) through the screw (10). Finally, thread the nut (15) to the screw (10).

ONLY MODELS WITH AUTOMATIC DRAINS

5) Insert the joint (20.1) though the valve (19) and put the valve in the hole of your bathroom fixture.

6) Under your bathroom fixture, fix the joint (20.2) and thread the lower part of the automatic drain (20) to the valve (19).

7) Insert the rod (9) in the hole of the faucet and secure it under the bathroom fixture to the iron rod (21). Go through “A“ and press the screw to fix it.

8) Insert the lavatory pop up horizontal rod (20B) through a hole in the clamp (22), after that, insert it through a hole of the rod (21C) (Choose the right hole “C“ in the rod (21)in order to permit the right function of the rod (9) that consist of opening and closing the plug when pulling the rod (9)), and finally through the second hole in the clamp. Press the clamp to close it in order to avoid any separation.

Antes de colocar el prolongador (16) al cuerpo monomando, roscar el tornillo (10) al monomando.

A continuación, roscar los latiguillos flexibles (11) al cuerpo monomando.

Pasar los latiguillos flexibles (11) a través del prolongador (16), uno detrás de otro de forma que las tuercas no estén a la misma altura para que pasen fácilmente.

En modelo con desagüe automático, introducir la varilla (9) antes de roscar el prolongador (16).

Seguidamente, encajar el prolongador (16) en el cuerpo monomando.

Finalmente, proceder según el punto 4 de las normas generales.

Before installing the high profile (16), thread the screw (10) to the single-level body.

Then, thread the flexible connections (11) to the single-level body.

Go the flexible connections (11) to the high profile (16), one after the other, in the way that the nuts do not pass at the same time.

In model with automatic drain, insert the rod (9) before threading the high profile (16).

Next, fit the high profile (16) to the single-level body.

Finally, proceed according to point 4 of general instructions.
