1. License from COFETEL (Telecommunications Federal Commission) to issue Non Interference Certificates (NIC´s) for microwave links.

2. Experience in projects for wireless design, and radio electric spectrum management; based on our software platforms ELLIPSE or Planet either for Microwave or 3G networks (Wimax, UMTS/EDGE).

3. Establishment of the first certified laboratory in Mexico; recognized as competent laboratory, based on the Mexican Norm MNX 17025, equivalent to the international recommendation ISO/IEC 17025.

4. Certified Engineers for the design, planning, installation and setting up of wireless networks under the End to End modality. Including transmission, access applications, 3G and 4G networks.
