TV Update with Fred Baumgartner

Nautel is expanding its transmitter lineinto TV. Like Nautel, I started with AMin the 1970s, then FM, and now TV. Ofall things in broadcasting, I lovetransmission the most. I’m the guy withthe 1954 1KW AM rig I’m slowlyrestoring for 160M Amateur operation;taking up the space normal peoplemight have used for restoring a sportscar.

I love a good idea, contemplating how to make this industrybetter, or an engineering puzzle.
