The veganism is an es-

sential step to get to a

better society, and it

refers to the alimentary

practice that avoids all

types of meats from ani-

mals.

The vegetarian menu is

the healthiest way to

eat, with this menu we

can maintain a balan-

ced diet and a good

health. Vegans avoid

birds, meats and fish,

they consume milk and

eggs, but pure vegans

don’t consume any pro-

duct that comes from an

animal. Some of the ad-

vantages of this alimen-

tal way is that you cho-

lesterol levels are lower

than those that do con-

sume meat, cardiac ill-

ness are less frequent.

They are multiples and

clear reasons to be a

vegan. Without a doubt

being a vegan helps to

prevent a lot of disea-

ses, such as cancer.

Vegetarian food is really

important, because this

stile of living contribu-

tes to the animal’s life,

they can be treated as

living beings that

deserve respect for

their life, being a vegan

not only helps your

body, it also helps your

spirit, contributes with

your soul. As a really

famous philosopher

said “Meanwhile man

keep on massacring to

will let us find our

real role, by doing

place in this so-

known popularly as the barca be-

cause of its Catalan origin, its follo-

wers are known as cules.

The Barcelona is one of the teams

Alessandra Ambrossio

was born on April 11 of

1981 on Brazil, she is a

Brazilian tio model, Angel

of Victoria’s secret. Her

parents, whom are from

Italian ancestry and Bra-

zilian-Polish. They used to

have a petrologic station.

Ambrosio was only 8 year

old, when she decided to

become a model, after

seeing a photography of

Karen Mulder, who was at

the cover of a really well

known magazine. Ambro-

sio always felt insecure

about her ears, and at the

age of 11 she enter to the

surgery room, to cut and

take a further back her

ears, although two year

later she had complica-

tions.

When Ambrossio was 12,

she entered to some mode-

ling classes, and that’s

when she started with her

model career. She stared

modeling for Dixon Stein

and at the age of 15 she

won the contest “Brazil’s

Elite Model Look”. Her

first important job was

when she appeared on

Elle magazine, this maga-

zine mailed some pictures

of Alessandra to Guess, by

doing this, Ambrossio sta-

rred the campaign The

Millennium GUESS, and

from that time she started

to appear in many diffe-

rent important magazi-

nes, become a really suc-

cessful model. She was

the only model that ap-

peared on the cover of

Glamour magazine in the

US, in 2006. In 2000 she

became one of Victoria Se-

cret’s models.

In 2012 she participate in

the closure of the Lon-

don’s Olympic games, she

was in charge of wearing

the luxury bra known as

“Fantasy bra”, that the

prestigious brand of le-

chery Victoria’s secret

creates every year for

their fashion shows. This

year it was called “Floral

fantasy bra”, valued in

more than 2,5 million

dollars. It has more than

5200 gemstones.

At this time Alessandra is

known as one of the most

influent models around
