Manufacturing process of NIACIN AMIDE: 3cp-400gm +350gm H2O
5gm NaoH Dissolve in 50gm H2OAdd NaoH below 60-700 C
under stirringReflux-12 Hours
Temp condition 95-1050c2gm Carbon treatment for clear the solution160gm H2O distilled out through the vacuum
Remove Batch in Beaker & add 30-35ml NH3 adjust pH above 10& take for crystallizationGive washing 10-20ml Distilled water
Dry in oven for 2 Hours
MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF NIACIN:380gm Beta Picoline +800gm Sulphuric Acid under sterring 40-500cIn BPS add 800gm HNO3 dropwise under stirring 185-1900c24 Hours Reaction-33.33gm/HourRemove Batch in beaker & take batch for crystallization in the water bath overnight Centrifuge the batch & separate out the Niacin Sulphate & MLTake the niacin sulphate & start precipitation process
Add 25%NH3 below the 40-450c get pH above 3.5
Remove batch in beaker & take for the crystallization
Up to crystallize material approx 2 hour
Centrifuge the niacin & dry in oven up to total moisture reduce
