STORAGE
• High compressive strength up to 700 KSC.
• Impact and vibration resistance.
• Fuidity.
• No bleeding.
• No shrinkage.
• No crack.
• Anchoring rebar and bolt in concrete.
• Horizontal and vertical application.
Surface Preparation
1. The substrate must be clean, no dust and without any traces of oil,
laitance or curing compound.
2. The steel rebar must be cleaned, no rust and oil.
3. Remove loose and damaged concrete and laitance using
a point tool or chisel in order to obtain a clean surface.
4. Damp the substrate prior to application.

Product Preparation
1. Mix LANKO 703 ANCHORING GROUT with clean water.
Mixing at least 3 minutes or until required consistency
is obtained.
2. Leave the mixture to stand for 1-3 minutes.
1. Formwork should be at least 50 mm. from the plate and
25 mm. above the bottom of the plate.
2. Pour a continuous flow of grout from one side only.
3. When mortar begins to set, cure with curing compound
(e.g. LANKO 361 CURE).

Grouting and bedding
1. Diameter of the holes : diameter of the rebar +20 to
30 mm.
2. Maximum thickness between concrete and rebar should
not exceed 50 mm.
3. Depth of hole : 10-20 times of diameter of rebar.
4. Remove residual water prior to anchoring.
PRECAUTIONS
• Temperature range for use : 5Oc to 35Oc.
• Do not use a concrete vibrator.
• Do not mix with other product.
