Covell Widening, Fairfax to I-35 Southbound on/off rampsThis project will widen Covell to a four-lane divided roadway. There will be a section of widening east ofSooner six lanes wide to accommodate future commercial development. There will be left and right turn lanes at major commercial driveways. Covell, Broadway to FairfaxThis project will widen Covell to provide for a four lane divided roadway where possible. There will be left turn lanes at all side streets where possible. Covell may also include street lighting, 10 foot wide multi-use paths/sidewalks and landscaping.

Covell, Santa Fe to West City LimitsThis project will widen Covell to provide for a four lane divided roadway. There will be left turn lanes at all side streets. Covell will also include street lighting, bike paths and landscaping. Several new bridge structures will be required at the Santa Fe intersection.

Expanding Covell Road to match area growth
