W. 1 o Dedicate Veterans Square Ceremony Will Be HeM On Sunday Oct. 2 By Flanders Field Post Flanders Field Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, at a regular meeting at Veterans Hall, 102-44 43rd Avenue, Corona, formulated plana for the dedication of Veter- ans Square, at 102nd Street and Xational Avenue. Corona, Sunday, October 2. The Square will be dedicated to the veterans of all wars of the United States. A boulder with an engraved placque will be erected in the square, commemorating 1 the heroic deeds and sacrifices of the veterans. Past Commander Andrew J. Moakley of College Point, is gen- eral chairman of the dedication and will be assisted by a large committee of post ' member.
