Ito ay visual aid ng isang samahan ng mangisda sa Laguna na nagpapakikita ng summary ng planong road-dike at mga illegal fishpens/cages (kwadradong pula); at ang kanilang panawagan (mula sa isang pulong ng Tugma Kalikasan, sa Victoria, Laguna)

Around a 5 m wall to keep to keep water in the lake turned dike. That is around a two storey structure. The width is 70m or 2 ½ the length of basketball court. Several questions are being raised which needed to be thoroughly explained. Are the people that would be affected by this project already identified? How many will be affected? Are ground level surveys already conducted? If so, these information should be made public.

Is there an exhaustive environmental impact assessment made? Considering the active geologic nature of the western zone of Laguna Lake Basin, how same is the structure?

The users’ rights of communities should be respected and the precautionary principle satisfied before anything else.
