Hailed as one of the best golf events in Southern California, the 12th Annual Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Charity Golf Invitational will be held at Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes on Monday, August 18, 2014. We invite you to join us for this exclusive day of golf featuring current Dodger players, Dodger legends, coaches, broadcasters and celebrity guests. Each of these generous individuals will be matched with a golf foursome and will join us for an evening of cocktails, a live and silent auction and an awards dinner.
Over the course of the last year, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation has redefined its role in the Los Angeles community, remaining focused on helping traditionally underserved youth yet in a coordinated, thoughtful and strategic manner. As the official team charity of the Los Angeles Dodgers our primary focus is to strengthen and support our key cornerstone programs in sports + recreation, education + literacy and health + wellness benefitting children and families in need throughout the greater Los Angeles region. By leveraging strategic partnerships, our mission is to harness the power of our brand and the passion our fans have for Los Angeles into a vehicle for positive change in underserved communities.
Through a number of fan fundraisers, player donations, fundraising events and various individual and corporate sponsorships, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation receives contributions to support our cornerstone programs, signature partnerships and our grant making program. We hope you will join us at Trump National Golf Club in support of our vision to significantly impact the Greater Los Angeles community with increased support and resources for the most critical challenges.
