4. The following rates are applicable in respect of unskilled, semiskilled andskilled categories in all scheduled employments except employment in C Shops andEstablishments' and employment in 'Clubs'.

3. And whereas, now, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhiafter adjustment of the average Consumer Price Index Number of the period fr0111June 2014 to December 2014 which is 252.83, an increase of 11.83 points, herebydeclares the following Dearness Allowance, which shall be payable for allcategories w.e.f. 0IA.201S.The rates after including additional D.A.are as follows.

2. And whereas, in the abovementioned notification it was stipulated that theDearness Allowance will be payable on the basis of six monthly average indexnumbers of January to June and July to December, on 1st April and 15t Octoberrespectively.

1. Whereas the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, had lastrevised the minimum rates of wages in Scheduled Employments under theMinimum Wages Act, 1948 in the National Capital Territory of Delhi videnotification No. 12(142)llllMW/Lab/2023-47 dated 26.07.2011.
