Application of lechatelier’s principle Observations: 1. Originally clear 2. When adding Iron (lll) Nitrate turns orange color 3. When adding Potassium thiocyanate crystal the orange liquid then turned Red 4. When adding Potassium Nitrate does not dissolve, No color change 5. Sodium Phosphate shows no change from the last when first added but then darkness faded and became a little bit lighter 6. When adding Iron (lll) Nitrate again turns the orange/red liquid where spot was added turns dark burgundy color 7. Potassium Thiocyanate creates no change when added to the orange/red with a burgundy spot 8. After sitting turns clear/light yellow 9. After putting 10ml in a test tube in the ice bath the color is more predominant and has a lighter particles floating around in the bottom 10. After heating it is clear and you can see the crystals also bubbles are present Activity A 1. turns green Activity B 1. LIght blue turn light green and very dark blue at the top Activity c 1. B turned pink 2. C turned a darker pink, not all the blue crystals dissolved 3. C when heated turned a dark blue activity D 1. Ph becomes higher the more CO2 the less pH. Less pressure lighter color

Application of lechatelier’s principle

Observations: 1. Originally clear 2. When adding Iron (lll) Nitrate turns orange color 3. When adding Potassium thiocyanate crystal the orange liquid then turned Red 4. When adding Potassium Nitrate does not dissolve, No color change 5. Sodium Phosphate shows no change from the last when first added but then darkness

faded and became a little bit lighter 6. When adding Iron (lll) Nitrate again turns the orange/red liquid where spot was added

turns dark burgundy color 7. Potassium Thiocyanate creates no change when added to the orange/red with a

burgundy spot  8. After sitting turns clear/light yellow 9. After putting 10ml in a test tube in the ice bath the color is more predominant and has

a lighter particles floating around in the bottom 10. After heating it is clear and you can see the crystals also bubbles are present

 Activity A

1. turns green Activity B

1. LIght blue turn light green and very dark blue at the top  Activity c

1. B turned pink 2. C turned a darker pink, not all the blue crystals dissolved  3. C when heated turned a dark blue

activity D 1. Ph becomes higher the more CO2 the less pH. Less pressure lighter color
