Conclusioni

• La Supply Chain Collaboration è necessaria per:

• Diminuire i costi per essere più competitivi

• Migliorare la propria capacità di risposta al mercato: agilità e flessibilità

• Il valore dei benefici annui di una Supply Chain integrata, tra minori costi e maggiori margini per nuove opportunità, è quantificabile tra il 3% ed il 10% del fatturato.

• La Supply Chain Collaboration è un’impresa perché:

• Per ottenere i benefici attesi è necessario integrare TUTTI i fornitori, non solo i 10-20 principali

• Per automatizzare tutte le relazioni è quindi indispensabile ridurre a zero l’impatto sui fornitori: nessun sw, sito web, pw, formazione, …

• L’esperienza di oltre 200 aziende che hanno integrato oltre 40’000 fornitori in quattro continenti garantiscono di non essere “apripista”.
