The cocktail list is inspired by classic Italian aperitivi and includes a selection of signature Spritzes and Negronis. Located in the former home of the Havana Tobacco Company, La Pecora Bianca’s interiors retain the history of that building with features such as an original, restored marble column in the restaurant’s open kitchen, and a flowing white marble staircase that formerly led to the basement’s cigar humidor. Inspired by Italian farmhouses and modern country kitchens, the restaurant’s design features a welcome open kitchen, reclaimed terra cotta, European oak plank floors, custom wood plank tables, and a hand-painted custom wall tile behind the bar and open kitchen walls.
