Sunday Nights in August
Aug. 2 Ice-Cream Social
7:30 p.m., Cafeteria — Everyone is invited after the Sunday evening service
for fellowship and ice-cream together with your church family.
Aug. 9 Mission Service
Stephen & Lauren Kimbrell and Amos & Melissa Dillard, missionary
appointees to Irvine, CA, will share their heart for church planting on the
West Coast. God has placed within their hearts a strong desire to take their
love for the Lord to this area of America. Do not miss this opportunity to
hear how together we can make a difference.
Aug. 16 Teen Service
Our teens are growing in Christ and learning much about serving Him. They
will lead our evening service and share testimonies of what God is doing in
and through them.
Aug. 23 Bus Back-to-School Sunday
Gateway is thankful for our faithful buses that run each Sunday in our
surrounding neighborhoods. This year, we are extending a special invitation
to the bus parents to bring their families to our evening service and pick up a
special gift for back-to-school from our bus captains.
Aug. 30 GCA Night
We are proud of our faithful GCA staff, and we will recognize them in our
evening service.

Outreach
It was such a blessing to be with you guys back in June. We enjoyed being able to share our hearts with you about our ministry in Brazil.
We left the States on July 7 for our return trip to Brazil. We thank God for his safety and protection while away from our church family.
Please pray for us as we transition back to Brazilian life. Also, please pray that our building project will continue to move forward and that God would continue to provide the funding we need to finish on time.
Thank you for partnering with us, Andy, Andrea, Levi, & Lily Moore
