Due to this reason that the Government of India does not recognize the Kwality Walls Products as ice cream, as the Indian law states that the main component of an ice cream should be milk or milk solids. Fat provides flavour, body and texture. The types of vegetable fat most widely used are coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil or a combination.

2) Sugar and Sweeteners:In Kwality Products, there is a combination of glucose, fructose and sucrose.3) Flavors and Colorings:These are the components that distinguishes one variant from another. Basic flavors are vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.4) Emulsifiers and Stabilizers:Emulsifiers help bind all the ingredients during the manufacturing process and improve the whipping quality during mixing.Production Process:1) First the ingredients are selected, weighed and then blended together to produce what is known as the mix".

2) The mix is then aged for at least four hours and usually overnight. This allows time for the fat to cool down and crystallize, and for the proteins and polysaccharides to fully hydrate.3) Following mix processing, the mix is drawn into a flavor tank where any liquid flavors, fruit purees, or colors are added. The mix then enters the dynamic freezing process which both freezes a portion of the water and whips air into the frozen mix.

4) As the mix is drawn with about half of its water frozen, particulate matter such as fruits, nuts, candy, cookies, or whatever you like, is added to the semi-frozen slurry.PRICE MARGINFor wholesale dealers, they receive almost all products at approx 65% of the MRP.
