I was getting ready for work, didn't watch a bit of it, but I'd be interested to hear how they

presented it.

Shawn is awesome. Great, great presenter. Very smart dude, and a pleasure to watch. The

guy should be on more during prime time.

He is very knowledgeable and hits all the points right on. I only wish he would try the

watches on more. I know with the small wrist he's probably t

to wear but then they should bring in a model that has a larger wrist to help out.

I agree, Shawn does a great job on the watch shows. I wish he were on more often, at least

before Midnight in the west

I'm sorry I missed that, but I do agree, Shawn does a great job on the watch shows ... he is

very thorough in his descriptions, and he is the ONLY p

the measurements by measuring himself (not just reading off the card) and weighs each

watch. I do wish that we would see him doing more shows.

I agree that it is so very helpful that the "captain" actually measures case size and weighs

the watch. He is very good with watches and IMO can do as many watch shows as he

desires.

Yes, but to clear the air of these concerns, well founded as many feel, or not, prime time is

the time to air this matter .................. not 3-6 a.m. .... but Shawn is sort

of cool and I like that he has done this. I'll look for the video and watch.

You nailed it. I was always impressed by that. Got hooked during one of his middle of the

night presentations and bought my first two Invictas. I was so used to Shawn and his

measurements that I nearly died laughing the first time I saw one of the other hosts pick up

a ruler and attempt to measure the watch. I thought that was so unprofessional. By then I

had gotten so used to thinking in millimeters (with watches only) that it seemed normal.

Didn't catch his presentation, but like others have said, kudos for stepping up and tackling

that issue.

I think it is required now that for every watch they present, at sometime during the

presentation they are required to slap a regular ruler in front of it and say: "Okay, it's about

two inches"

I liked how Shawn used to bring out his scale and weigh the watches. He had calipers or a

ruler and was very informative about the technical aspects of the watches that he

presented.

I bought my first Invicta during one of his shows. A scalloped bezel miyota Pro Diver.
