Kids absolutely love clay! Come to the pottery studio to make a wand inspired by your favourite witch, wizard or Harry Potter character. Younger children will learn how to use moulds and easier techniques. Older children and those with some experience will extend their skills. This fun one-day workshop teaches children how to prepare clay, throw, shape and finish a small vessel on the wheel. Children will learn new skills in wheel throwing pottery, finishing, decorating and recycling of clay. Please wear closed shoes, bring a towel and wear clothes that are OK to get clay on. We also recommend you trim your nails.
