Second Round of Bidding

A Second Round of Bidding will follow the opening of the First Bids. Every bidder who submitted a bid in the First Round will be eligible to watch the opening of the First Bids at the UNMIK HQ. Once all the bids are opened and the results are posted, the highest 3 bidders for each NEWCO will be allowed to place bids in the Second Round. The Bidders who advance to the Second Round will be allowed to submit a second set of Bid Envelopes.
