General information
• Pay period refers to 16th of previous month to 15th of current month E.g., 16th Aug to 15th Sept 2017
• All exceptions to be cleared on or before 16th of the month and supervisors should sign-off timecards by EOD
• All Attendance and leave requests have to be approved by immediate supervisor on Kronos to be eligible for pay out
• Employee cannot utilize leaves and Comp offs in advance as per FSL leave policy
• Employee has to check daily if the attendance for previous day is updated accurately (Incase of discrepancies; post 48 hours from the date there is a discrepancy; concern has to be raised with the help desk)
• Policy applicability remains the same for Comp Off, Overtime, Weekly Off, Leave, Holidays etc. as announced in the Policy section of HR policies.
• Employee to highlight any supervisor alignment disputes to their immediate supervisor
• Kronos team will prioritize to close all IT Service Tickets tagged over email queries. Hence TATs for tickets is at 48hrs and emails over 48hrs
• Cut-off dates for all queries raised via IT Service desk or Emails related to a certain pay-period will be 16th EOD of the next pay-period. E.g., for pay-period 16th Aug-15th Sept queries raised until 16th Sept will be addressed and close looped for payroll.
