Provide a suitable sub-surface for the installation of the following decorative flooring materials:Sheet Vinyl / Vinyl Tile / Cermanic Tile / Carpet / Laminates and Wood Flooring.

Repair or replace the flooring panels and floor covering material directly damaged by underlayment panels.Replace or refund the full purchase price of any defective panels,

Refund the full wholesale costs (including cost of installation) of the panels, adhesive and the floor covering affected due to panel failure at local reasonable costs of labor (does not include removal or replacement of cabinets),

Any condition resulting from faults in the construction of the building, faulty plumbing, standing or evaporating moisture, fires, floods or other disasters.

When properly installed and in an acceptable environment, underlayment panels will not contribute to telegraphing of seams through floor coverings. Seam telegraphing of vinyl floors is not covered.

The Use Warranty is valid for as long as the purchaser and or subsequent purchasers own the building in which underlaymen panels are installed and only for the first flooring application over the

underlayment panels. The Use Warranty is not valid in the event of any reuse of the underlayment panels.

Use under heavy appliances or furniture, athletic equipment or other heavy loads.Tears, ruptures, or any other defect in the decorative floor covering.Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear and usage.Damage, abuse or misuse of the underlayment panels after purchase.Improper or poor installation.

Will not delaminate.Will not cause discoloration or staining of the floor coverings.

Jona Panel Sales Inc. warranty does not cover defects and damages arising from the following:

Will hold the floor coverings listed above firmly in place when such floor coverings are installed according to the floor covering manufacturers installation instructions.
