Apropos the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that due to other pre­ occupations, Mr. Raghavendra Rao Bondada, Independent Director has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Further, as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed the detailed reasons for the resignation of Mr. Raghavendra Rao Bondada and a confirmation from him regarding being no material reasons other than those mentioned by him for his resignation as the Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company.
