Marketing management of eight no of chemical products (Benzene, Butadiene, Py Gas, Motor Spirit, CBFS, Cyclopentane, LPG & C4 Raffinate).

Business planning & budgeting for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities. Reviewing market response / requirements, analysis and apply them in pricing mechanism. Ensuring successful completion of term & spot export sales tendering process as per schedule. Execution of contracts as per agreed terms with the selected buyers. Coordinate with all concerned (plant, surveyor, CHA, Vessel Agent, Transporter & customer) for execution of

order as per schedule. Adhering to departmental systems & processes to follow the strategy set for long term & short term business

directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives. Conducting marketing operations with focus on achieving targets as per plan. Identify prospective business region and develop new customer base in the region. Ensure processing of shipping documents through CHAs as per schedule. Holds the credit of handling export tendering process for Benzene & Butadiene worth INR 800 Crs. Dedicated effort helped in achieving highest GSV of INR 350 Crs in a month. Contribution helped in meeting departmental objectives & targets of GSV of INR 4000 Crs per year. Hard negotiation skills helped in convincing customers to accept HPL’s tender terms by export customers. Negotiation & analytical skills helped in 30 – 40% reduction in demurrage claims. One of the projects was declared as ‘noteworthy performance’ of the department by IMS auditor. Actively participated in development & marketing of new product called C4 Raffinate. Supplyplan of Motor Spirit (MS) helped in fetching higher realization. Contributed in building Business Process Write Up for Chemical Marketing department of HPL. Steered the efforts in developing departmental SOPs. LPG price analysis based on recycle economics helped in extracting maximum realization through LPG sale.
